One-hour sessions are designed to provide players an intense and individualized workout within a 1 on 1 or small group setting.  We offer a free initial interview/evaluation to customize a training program to meet the players goals.  Training packages are based on 1 hour sessions per player.  Call or email to schedule your training sessions.
